Dear Rondout Valley Central School District Families,
We are writing to share an important update regarding the new Student Cell Phone/Personal Electronic Device Storage Plan for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This plan, which has been approved by our Board of Education, reflects our commitment to providing an optimal learning environment for all students and aligns with recent New York State legislation. The full plan is linked below.
To ensure everyone understands these changes, we will be hosting a community forum dedicated to this new plan. The forum will provide a detailed explanation of the plan and allow for any questions you may have. Please mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 27th, at 6:00 PM in the High School Auditorium.
